These terms govern your use of volamo.com and the products and services offered by Volamo LLC ("Volamo," "we," "us"), including free reports, audits, managed services, and GBPLock. By using the site or services you agree to these terms.
The service
Volamo provides business-visibility software and services: visibility reports and audits, structured-data and entity building, and Google Business Profile monitoring, optimization, and management. Some features require you to connect third-party accounts (such as a Google Business Profile); you authorize Volamo to access those accounts solely to provide the service, and you can revoke that access at any time.
Accounts
Some features require an account, including signing in with Google. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials and any connected third-party accounts secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away at support@volamo.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and only connect accounts you're authorized to manage.
- Don't misuse the service — no unlawful use, no attempts to breach or overload it, no reselling without our written agreement.
- You're responsible for the content of your business profiles and pages, including content we publish at your direction.
Payment
Free features are free. Paid services are described, priced, and agreed before any work starts or charge is made. Unless stated otherwise in a written agreement, paid engagements are billed as quoted and ongoing services can be canceled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
Intellectual property
Volamo owns the site, software, and service materials. You own your business data and content. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service on your behalf — nothing more.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is." Search engines and AI platforms change constantly; we don't guarantee specific rankings, placements, or citation outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Volamo's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Termination
You can stop using the service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or end service for misuse or non-payment. Sections that by their nature should survive (IP, liability, governing law) survive termination.
Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Volamo LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If we materially change these terms we'll update this page and the effective date above; continued use means acceptance.
